The JTA Foundation has revealed its plan for the year 2022, saying it will take no fewer than 22 kids out of Lagos slums, this year.

According to the Non-Profit, the kids who had hitherto never been enrolled in school, will be given a shot at education by registering them as pupils in neighborhood schools. The performance of the beneficiaries will also be keenly monitored, it added.

Recall that the Foundation had enrolled three children under its slum to school Programme, last year. The beneficiaries were enrolled in neighborhood schools, making for easy access to and from school. They are also under strict monitoring by the Foundation, in partnership with the management of the schools.
