The JTA Foundation Launches Skill Acquisition Initiative

25th Feb, 2023

The JTA foundation has announced that it will focus on skill acquisition and empowerment for underprivileged kids and teenagers, all 2023.

This is coming on the heels of its successful Project 22 run. The Project 22 initiative was its strategy to help kids in underserved communities gain access to quality, basic education.

At the end of the previous year, the organization had announced the completion of the Programme- after enrolling 22 kids and adolescents in schools across cities in Nigeria and Rwanda.

The JTA Foundation has said it will not rest on its oars until it contributes largely to development of kids and teenagers in underserved communities.

"Hello 2023, the goal for the year is nurturing well-rounded individuals đź’ˇ

"We will work towards getting them quality education while ensuring that they learn other vocational skills that are relevant to their total development as members of the society.

"We want them EMPOWERED. You can join us in making this a reality. For further details, please see flyer and/or send us a direct message.

Every child deserves to smile; every child deserves to be empowered.  Happy new year, again 🫶🏽", a post on its Instagram page read.

Meanwhile, the foundation also inked a partnership with the Ajegunle Vocational Centre; to provide life-long skills in Makeup, Baking, Business and Tech, to women, kids and teenagers within the community.
